    Found

    Establish the signal. One home, one voice, one story.

    • Launch the official website
    • Publish the manifesto and the lore of The Missing One
    • Open the official meme archive with downloadable artwork
    • Publish the first Privacy Academy lessons
    • Publish the Unfound Academy Zcash learning journey (eight levels)
    • Release the Privacy Lab preview with an offline self-check
    • Keep @zec404 on X as the single official channel
  2. Phase 02

    Unfound

    Gather the ones who would rather not be found.

    • Community meme submissions and curation for the archive
    • Regular privacy-themed meme drops
    • Academy topics chosen by the community
  3. Phase 03

    Trace Failed

    Planned

    Turn the jokes into tools.

    • Design the first Privacy Lab tools, running in the browser wherever possible
    • Publish how each tool works before it goes live
    • Public testing before any tool is labelled live
  4. Phase 04

    Go Shielded

    Planned

    Make private by default feel normal.

    • Practical, step-by-step guides to shielded transactions
    • Expanded Academy: wallets, viewing keys, network privacy
    • Translations of core lessons
  5. Phase 05

    Disappear

    Planned

    The project belongs to the people who carry it.

    • Community stewardship of the archive and the Academy
    • The Missing One outlives any single account or person
